27 years of piping manufacture Since 1983, Hebei New Sinda Pipe Manufacture has been manufacturing large-diameter steel pipes and pipe fittings for petroleum, natural gas and water supply. We can manufacture steel pipes with outer diameters as large as 920mm and wall thicknesses as much as 65mm. We turn out 20,000 tons of large-diameter seamless steel pipes every year. Recently, we introduced hot mills to manufacture small-diameter steel pipes measuring from two to four inches.
Engineers with 20 years' experience
In our three 73,000m2 factories, we turn out 5,000 tons of seamless steel pipes and 200 tons of pipe fittings every month. And we follow ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. Our R&D engineers have an average of 20 years' experience. They can provide custom samples within 15 days. We can produce any type of non-standard large-diameter steel pipes. And we also have 11 QC inspectors with over five years' experience. We use instruments from Germany to conduct ET, hydraulic and ultrasonic tests to make sure our products meet ASTM A106 Grade B, A 53 Grade B and GB/T standards.
